The purpose of this organization is to empower youth to be leaders, operate in excellence, and with the highest level of self-respect. We will provide the motivation and tools necessary to achieve greatness. We will expect all participants to not only achieve the goals that they set, but to always expect success. We understand that sometimes there are circumstances and situations that act as limitations and barriers, but we believe that if we work together the possibilities are endless.



There is a wealth of information available; as well as, events the youth will attend throughout the year. The courses provided include financial literacy, emotional wellness, personal values, decision making and more. All mentees must:

• commit to 1 year with the program

• complete an intake

• attend an orientation



 

The mentoring program will require a year commitment from the mentees and mentors.​
