​​Cyatta Siler is an executive director, entrepreneur, minister, motivational speaker, wellness coach, mentor, and advocate. Having been an emancipated minor, traumatic abuse survivor, teen parent, and former at-risk youth; she understands all too well the challenges that others in similar situations face. Cyatta knows from experience why it is important to have an empowered and renewed mindset; as well as, a strong support system in place in order to successfully create a better life for ones-self, when overcoming disadvantageous and traumatic situations. Cyatta has an extensive background in careers devoted to the service of others. Her passion is showing acts of love, uplifting others, and enhancing the beauty of the people, places, and things around her.

 

Cyatta decided to be the change she wishes to see in the world. Cyatta enjoys all aspects of her outreach ministry work and considers her position to be more of a way of life than a job. She is always available to talk to and offer love, encouragement, spiritual guidance, and support to others. After successfully beating the odds and overcoming statistics; Cyatta founded IMAGES (Imparting Motivation Achieving Goals Expecting Success). Dedicating her efforts to help others become empowered by giving them a hand-UP through motivation, empowerment, and organized programs that create results. IMAGES (Imparting Motivation Achieving Goals Expecting Success) programs , events, and resources enhance the mind, spirit, and body; by supporting others in building life skills, character, confidence, motivation, health, and wellness through social, financial, educational, spiritual, personal, and professional development.

IMAGES (Imparting Motivation Achieving Goals Expecting Success) began in an effort to inspire and encourage others to live the abundant  lives that God created us to live. After seeing more and more youth exhibit self-destructive behaviors, and making decisions that have negative consequences in their lives; Cyatta Siler decided to take action by being a doer of the word. IMAGES began in 2012, in Greensboro NC; as a community based youth mentoring program for young girls. Although, it was already purposed and planned that IMAGES would grow to be an awesome ministry; Cyatta began where she was with what she had. Having faced many of the same challenges, Cyatta understood all too well the struggles that young ladies were facing.

 

Lack of confidence, knowledge, direction, hope, and connection/unity; are among the many barriers that cause hindrances in life. Negatively impacting the actions and decisions people choose to make. Those are also some of the same barriers that Cyatta overcame through the help of her faith, family, positive mentors, education, and personal development. IMAGES (Imparting Motivation Achieving Goals Expecting Success) programs were created to impact those areas of life. Focusing on each area is essential for balance. "Balance is the key to everything! What we do, think, say, eat, feel, they all require awareness and through this awareness we can grow".

 

In 2015, IMAGES (Imparting Motivation Achieving Goals Expecting Success) expanded its mentoring offerings to include males. IMAGES also launched; The Young Entrepreneur Program (YEP), and The Inspired Music Program. The IMAGES YEP Program is a curriculum program aimed at giving youth the opportunity to learn how to start their own businesses. Youth complete the program with a legal and operable business. The Inspired Music Program is geared toward teaching participants the importance of knowing the business side of the music industry.

In 2019, IMAGES (Imparting Motivation Achieving Goals Expecting Success) expanded its age requirements in order to support the youth, adults, families, and the community at large. IMAGES also launched its Job Training and Employment Program & The Survivors Circle. The Job Training and Employment Program allows its participants to learn specific and general skills that will make them successful in the job market and earn while learning. Through a partnership with J&J Custom Designs & Graphics, IMAGES was able to create a flow of funding for the organization and offer jobs to those in need. This created a win-win resolution for the organization, its participants, and the community. The Survivors Circle (Restoration Empowerment) is an empowerment program for survivors of sexual trauma which provides a safe, loving, and nurturing space for its participants.

In 2021, IMAGES (Imparting Motivation Achieving Goals Expecting Success) expanded its services and program offerings to Winston-Salem, NC. Which led to the opening of a center in 2022. The center is open to the community; although participants must be preregistered for participation in IMAGES programs. IMAGES offers workshops, scripture study, events and programs on a weekly basis. There are in person and online programs available. IMAGES is like a city that sits on a hill and is here to be a beacon of light, love, and support to those in need.
